Remove any unnecessary corporate language, abbreviations, and less common industry terminology such as PIPs, XML sitemaps, or KPIs. Next, you’ll want to advertise your job opening so you can begin reviewing applications and interviewing candidates. This process might look slightly different depending on whether you’re recruiting or hiring for a position.
